I've got a new desktop! A real new desktop. It feels so good to have everything clear and available at your fingertips. After I got my laptop back, I decided since I was starting fresh digitally, I might as well start fresh, physically. My roommates and I participated in Black Friday by making it a self/home improvement shopping. We went to Microcenter and got new harddrives, and then to the container store where I picked up the best desk organizer ever. It's a MEDIX brand and it's Japanese, and totally configurable. I love it.
That pretty little typewriter on the left is my new typewriter! It's a smith-corona, super 12 and it's awesome. I've been practicing my typing skillz by typing out song lyrics. Messing up on the typewriter is a horrible feeling, there is delete and it's been making me want to really master typing perfectly.
