We just got back into the "concrete jungle" last night, although we'd never reallly escaped it, none of us had slept in a bed or washed ourselves for 3 days and if felt "freeing". Even though the car was like 10 feet away at most, it was enough to make it feel like we were roughin' it . I'd never slept in a tent before and I loved it!! I'd like to go camping as often as possible! I didn't think I would of liked it as much as I did. I really liked not showering and not being inside, and cooking things by the wild and untamed flame. The only thing I was nervous about, was the bathrooming- but outside of only needing to poop once the whole weekend, I didn't have much of a problem. We let ourselves go, like animals! haha. I don't think I could of pooped out theere....
We'd won the lottery, survived white water rapids, and each other!
First off, the rafting was cool- it could of been better if we'd go earlier in the season, and if we'd played team sports. We were all so individualistic that we couldn't really steer our raft clear of rocks. But whatever! It made it interesting- I dont think I would of wanted us to be really good at rafting on our first try. I mean, it would of been way boring we didn't hit anything! I'm glad we hit like everysingle rock and could make fun of ourselves and then continue onward.
We also won the Michigan state Lottery! We won a smooth $11 bucks and went on a shopping Spreeeeeeee! We got 3 cat magazines (A Cat Fancy, 2 Kittens), a bottle of water, an energy drink, Starbursts, and Chips.
We also went deep into a mine- with hard hats and all. Achieving what I had imagined for our trip- being like The Descent. We even saw the "monster" in the Descent, as pictured by a albino hairless cat. Proofing to me, once again that if you just go out there and do what you dreamed of- you can do it! My next goal is going to have to be to try and create a really gnarly dream and make it come true.

The only downside is that now I think my face is really oily and I feel icky ( but it also could be because I am at work.)
