Love kills

I seem to be stumbling into situations as soon as I come home from work.
Yesterday, right after work, I ran into my Landlord ,Joe. Who I suspected of being a murderer, but found out that he was not. I bumped into Joe, in the parking lot and He stopped me and had asked me if i knew what had happened. I didn't really know, so I said I'd only known that SOMETHING had happened but not what happened. And he confessed to me the real story of what happened.
Joe found our maintenance man, Ramon and his Wife- dead in our basement.
It was a murder suicide.
And I'd like to first say that our basement is not a creepy, dark basement murder setting . It is actually well lit and comfortable, we do our laundry, have storage space and Joe has even put in a TV down there! Obviously, now I need to do a ritual cleansing or something because instead of one spirit, theres 2 spirits! And I bet that at least one of them, is really pissed.

Ramon had worked for Joe for a long time (12 year or so) and Ramon had just recently found out that his wife, was having an affair. Ramon brought his wife to our basement Monday and killed her (in what I imagine was a love stricken rage) with what I believe was a knife, there was no guns involved. Guns are such an impersonal way to kill a loved one! After a short while, just long enough for him to figure out a way to tie a noose, Ramon hung himself in the basement. He was probably so ashamed, they have 2 kids together (14 and 22).
Joe came upon the scene to discover Ramon and his wife, a few hours later. He immediately cut him down, to try and revive him to no avail. Joe is in shock.
He had consulted Ramon with what he should do about his wife's affair. Ramon had mentioned killing her! Which threw Joe into disbelief because as Joe said " it was not in his nature" and has he was telling me the story, he gave me a warning- "It is always the quite ones."
